Team prepares and supports worship services using messages, magnification and music to help people focus on God.

2 - Discipleship (Biblical Education - A foundation for living for adults, youth and children) - Colossians 1:28
Provide learning opportunities for all ages to find and strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ through committed and organized study of God's Word and how to make it relevant in our daily lives. 

3 - Fellowship (Encouraging/Nurturing/Caring - A family for living) - Acts 2:42, 46
Love our neighbors as we love ourselves.  Oversee care of Faith Church members and help them face life's problems.

4 - Mission and Evangelism (Nurturing Community - A focus for living) - Matthew 28: 19-20 & Mark 16:15
Oversee mission and evangelism events outside Faith Church.  Reach out to residents in the surrounding area encouraging them to become Followers of Christ.

5 - Ministry (Equipping leaders and members to serve -A function for living) - 1 Corinthians 12:1, 1 Peter 4:10
Help members and leaders discover what they do best to serve in roles they love and for which they are especially talented...the results will be stronger, more energized and more engaged members.

Operations - 1 Peter 4:10, "Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms."

These members work in the background to provide managerial, administrative, communications, promotional (website), media, financial management, facilities and human resources support to the five purpose teams, members of the congregation at large and the pastor team...they keep things humming.
