1. Guest Missionaries, Dick and Charlotte Day, from Malawi will visit August 19-21.
   
2. The visit will start with a pizza supper Friday night and they will discuss Malawi.
   
3. Saturday will be a visit to Camp Calvin Crest to visit with the Presbytery.  Will use the opportunity to sell Malawi cookbooks for the Go Go Grandmother project.
   
4. The last big day, Dick Day will be the guest speaker at both services.  Followed with Charlotte Day talking to the Sunday school "Talk Back" (current events) class...busy, busy, busy etc. 
   

Angel Tree:  Never to late for Planning

1. A list will be published of items needed for the August food drive.
   
2. A check for $2000 will go to purchase food from a grocery store for immediate delivery to the pantry.
    
3. A $1500 check will be used to purchase gift cards for short life span foods to be given to those visiting the pantry (milk,etc).

1. Mission/Evangelism needs a new volunteer to help on Faith's 50th Anniversary Planning team.
2. The Celebration will be April 14-15, 2012.
3. The theme is "Living Faith".

1. This has been a tough nut to crack but this just means we have lots of things to do and the good news is that we have fun doing them.  After all, this is our Purpose Team passion and charter.

1. October 23rd "Harvest Festival"...a fun carnival like function at our very own church.  Help Discipleship make it a hit.
2. Lastly, we are evaluating programs gets us engaged in our community, like the "Habitat for Humanity" program.
